    Pilot Operated Check Valves

    Model:PVG/PVT
Pilot operated check valves are a type of check valve that allows free flow in one direction and blocks flow in the opposite direction until pilot pressure is applied. They consist of two main parts: a main valve and a pilot valve. The main valve is responsible for controlling the flow of fluids or gases, while the pilot valve controls the main valve by controlling the pressure.

When the pressure at the inlet of the valve exceeds the pressure at the outlet, the main valve opens, and the fluid or gas flows freely. When the pressure at the outlet exceeds the pressure at the inlet, the main valve closes, and the fluid or gas is blocked. However, when pilot pressure is applied to the pilot valve, it opens, and the pressure on top of the main valve is released, allowing the main valve to open and flow to occur in the opposite direction.

Pilot operated check valves are commonly used in hydraulic systems to prevent damage to pumps and other components due to reverse flow. They are also used in various industrial applications, such as in water treatment, food processing, and chemical processing.
